They said they could get me it for 33k OTD here in fayetteville NC. For the east coast I think its a pretty good price considering its a WW GSR with SSS. I also had an Exedy twin on my Evo IX and I LOVED it!!! I guess the stock clutches DO suck as much as everyone says.

Thanks for the replies.
i have a buddy selling his 08 mr near you with only a few k miles. pm me if your interested.

in regards to the stock clutch; i have atleast 2 dozen launches on it with half of them with the fp red, a few autox days and at 12k miles it is still holding strong. when ever you do decide to upgrade it the MC is plastic and should be changed as well.

you have to get an evo 9 brake line and retrofit it to the evo 10 line

Can't you adjust the clutch pedal like in the ix?

The problem is it takes most of the fluid in the system to fully disengage the clutch. So the closer you move the disengagement point to the floor the harder it is to shift because you're pushing less fluid into the slave cylinder and not disengaging the clutch as much.

In the previous evo's at least, careful adjustment could find a balance between length of pedal throw and disengagement point. Too low to the floor it won't shift, too far out it slips.

Actually this happens while the car is in motion with clutch fully disengaged, I know its not normal and it happens no matter who is controlling the clutch. The dealer even recreated my issue and tried to tell me it was normal. So like I said, I've started saving for a clutch since this one sucks anyway.
