Does any one else hear this?

So I finally got my car back after 70 days, some dude ran a stop sign and hit me. anyways, I am going through the period of trying to find anything and everything wrong with my car so It can be re-repaired. So far, A/C is not working, which I will figure out later.
The Problem:
I drove my car a little hard on the way home (nothing extreme). it is a sunny day, no water on the road. I parked it in my garage and came out about 5 mins later and I hear a sizzling coming from the back of my engine bay. It seems like it is coming from the AMS downpipe towards the bottom near the front of the test pipe. Just checking to see if any of you ever hear sizzling coming from your exhaust, particularlilly you guys with turbo-back exhausts. Thanks in advance, oh, and please spare me of any sensless comments.

Is your wideband harness touching the exhaust?

Are any of these parts new? Could be something burning off new exhaust parts.

Could also be something to do with the A/C. The only other thing down there I can think of is the power steering lines--steering doesn't feel weird/different does it? Any weird smells or anything dripping that you can see?

No, just went under there to check the torque on bolts, nothing is touching anything.

Negatory on the fluids.

Steering feels as I remember it, maybe just a tad looser?

On another note, I just found this under my passenger seat, anyone have any idea what it is?
