Lights Randomly Turning On

They are in the fuse box under your hood.

Methodical.. have you not replaced your fuel pump relay yet?

Here is a picture of my under hood fuse box. Relays are the black boxes.

After killing another battery when this happened again after weeks of being ok, my new theory is that the turn signal stalk/light switch is on the fritz. If the switch is turned off and on, the headlights remain on regardless of the ignition position. I replaced it, takes 5 minutes because the Evo is Japanese and not German. Keeping fingers crossed, since I've already replaced the headlight relay twice.
