I haven't dabbled in cams so I couldn't tell you, though I do know the man for you to ask, try contacting this guy, his user is Jason@Spec-Ops. These guys are super knowledgeable and are the guys I take my X to. so they can def help you out

I have cosworth MX1's in my daily driven Evo X. I made good power and I am very happy with my setup, nice idle (lopy). But if you are looking for POWER as your number one goal and you are willing to do valve springs and retainers right now I would do the GSC S2 hands down. I have been doing my research and when I go to an upgraded stock frame/location turbo I will get the GSC S2's. For now with my bolt on setup, the Cossies are great and would work well with even a stock frame turbo. Peak torque at 3k, helps stock turbo spool even faster and pull all the way to red line. Power is more linear. I guess it depends on your end goal.... What are your plans?

400whp on a dynojet, mustang dyno ect? I would honestly go ahead and do the GSC S2 with valvesprings and retainers.... I think you could get scary close to 400whp with these cams on a stock turbo (with supporting mods) and pump gas....
