My projectors lights don't work properly....

Does anyone know why my OEM projector don't work. Basically my lights work when the car is off, but when i start the car and move a little bit my passenger side light doesnt work, and the drivers side lights doesn't turn off either when i turn the switch off... just somethings to know, i painted the oem housing black so i baked it and all that stuff.....

Did you use a damp cloth on the underside of the light housing? Was there any water or condensation after you re-heated them?

so what is the problem? i kinda know what the problem is now, once i swapped the balast the other side seem to be not working, also i was wondering if it has anything to do with the connectors? the projectors i bought seems like it has fewer pins in the conector to connect to the car relay its self, and when connected tmy DRL dont work but one of the HID dont turn off either when i turn the switch off from the inside... is there some kind of adapter i have to buy since i amd changing from halogen light to projector HIDs?
