Okay so I bought an Evo IX around Sept 2010 and then haven't done any kind of work on it since because I did not have the money. I'm in the navy and I left for deployment in Feb and now I have the money to work on it. I'm new to imports and turbos and such. I want to push around 400whp but I don't know exactly what to do.

Current setup- Aftermarket IC, IC piping, BOV, AMS shortram, MBC and a stage 2 clutch.

This is what I was thinking... AMS turbo back, cams, bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump, head studs, and a tune. What do you guys think? As I said im pretty new to this stuff.

yeah my bad, i realized that right after i posted it and posted it in the other one too but i hoped maybe i might get some feedback here as well
