I am looking for a used evo x mr; wondering if they develop rattles etc like an sti. They seem quiter to me overall. Handling seems better-just smoother overall...

The come from the factory with rattles.

 

Everything rattles. At least with the MR you won't have keys hanging from the ignition and rattling.

 

Yeah both my sti and evo 8 rattle pretty good

 

The evo x has an economy interior. Try a Lexus.

 

Get a TBE .

 

They dont leave the assembly line unless they rattle.

They are as gritty as any other car and they definitely don't quit more.

You CAN fix it. It is very easy to fix it except if the plastic cover between the seats and the back window decides to rattle then you just need to dedicate about an hour or so more to fix it.

How to fix it? Well, go to a hobby lobby and get yourself some presto-felt. It works wonders, till you get yourself a turbo back exhaust with a dump o2 downpipe, then your acceleration paddle works as this fantastic invisible machine that rattles your ***** as well as other organs of your body and the pieces of the car (if you can hear it) the second you press it.
