Within the first week of getting my car, I had 3M put on everywhere. Full front bumper, hood, mirrors, rocker panels, above windshield before sunroof, and the lip under the trunk lid.

I love that stuff.

Secondly, try and park beside nice cars if you don't have the option of a curb or far away.

People that drive crap cars see them as an appliance, and thus do not care if they are scratched. They don't realize that to some people, their car is an extension of them, and is a way of life.

If someone has a nice car, they probably take care of it, and will protect yours and theirs.

I just send my wife in for everything while I sit in the car with the heat or ac on. (shamefully, I'm not lying)

However, when the need arises that both of us have to go somewhere together (movie, dinner, whatever) I just whip out the honda crv and leave the evo at home, in the garage.

I've already gone through enough in 14 months of ownership to be wary of everything. Brought my car in to a garage to get summer tires installed and wound up paying an additional $1100 to a body shop to fix damages they did to my roof (which I couldn't prove because I left before noticing).

Cedia sport is also one of the top performing car, but Evo X is best of all Lancer models..

There are a few different directions one can go with the Evo. There is very little pride in ownership in my town, and consequently very little respect for other people's property. So rather than babying it and fighting a losing battle, I chose to drive the crap out of it on gravel, ice, snow, whatever, and let it wear the inevitable dings and scratches as badges of honor. If you're not into show and shine, there can be something satisfying about using the Evo and letting it show the signs. That's how I dealt with the problem. I abused it more than my neighbors. It was the best 30k miles of my life.

^Respectable, Down here in Florida(Beach Front Parking), me and the wife went out one night. We took a cab home came back in the morning and some one threw a hotdog on my back window, dented my trunk, smeared mustard all over it, then took 2 of those french fry caddy things with napkins and took the time to stuff them down my exhaust tip, needless to say i was pissed, but more in disbelief that someone actually took time to do something like that.
