Lightbulb 2.0 build...or 2.2???

I have an Evo x with turbo back exhaust, turbo manifold, intake, intercooler, 1000cc injectors, fuel rail, and an fp black. Im currently making 528whp and 423tq. I just bought some 10.1 Manley pistons and tough rods, but I just don't know if I should get some cams and see what it will do, our if I should try and get the Manley 2.2 Stroker kit...its I bit much for my blood right now, not the parts, just all the labor that needs to be done....any suggestions???

both of them is a great set up. It is really boils down your preference. I personally got a recommendation for a 2l set up basically from everybody i talked to. But my case is different i do rally race.
The reason is not to stay 2 liter , since the state you can do 2.5l (no wonder why... the subaru america rules the usa rally so they customize the rules around it.. LOL)
There was many try and error to go higher strokes etc, but they all failed, as i been informed.
Only the 2.2l working great and reliable in our case besides the 2.0l. But the funny thing is both engine makes a very similar power in rally...

Now for dd and road race the 2.2 will make more power for sure , due no restrictions in place by the rules.
so sum it up, if you do go bigger turbo like over FP red i would do a 2.2L But for me that would be the only case. FP red size and below i would stay 2.0l.

Rob

i love the Cossie 2.2L set up what they have for a EvoX. It is working years now in the Multiple rally champ evoX... with very high boost and very high tq. So for me that is an achivment!
Many many races /year and long races /event . Ridiculous amount of abusemnet . And holds up.
So i would get a Cosworth 2.2L set up.
