^^ hopefully his retrofitter actually spliced the solenoid wiring from the EvoX-R into the OEM high beam wiring... This setup will give you Quad high beam:

The wires you need to splice into are the:
* Yellow &
* Black wires
Exiting the high beam cap

As far as build quality, these things seem like OEM quality. Good quality connectors, seals, wire routing, non-brittle plastic etc. I'm probably not going to install mine today since I'll be busy. But here's some info below that was requested:

The only numbers I can see on the projector housing itself are:

03-214-1191NLOX
11-212-1186NL
HB4-55W

Then the cutoff line plate inside the projector lens housing has these numbers:
04-330-1144NJ-L

Crappy pic of the inside:

Installed mine this morning. Will take pictures tonight for the HID light.
Installation pretty easy.

Wow, these look spot on like OEM's. I had Depos on my '02 Eclipse and they were fantastic, no leaks or fogging.

My only concern is the quality of the lens itself and how long before they start oxidizing and yellowing. If applying a "clearbra" film over them would help, I'd go for that as well.

Looks promising! More pics of the light output from the headlights themselves would be helpful.

Is it just me or it looks like the projector comes out from behind?

^ I think I understand what you're asking, about removing the entire projector out of the back opening?

I don't see that working well, it might just be the camera angle.

You'll have to bake and remove the lense to take the projector out

Thanks for the pix ninja99....

I'm still scratching my head at how & where the low beam wiring routes.

The eBay pic shows the low beam wiring & 9006 connector exiting the low beam opening

However,

The pic you linked of ur HLs shows what looks to be the low beam wiring completely outside of the low beam housing.

Can you describe where this wiring routes inside the headlight. Take a clear pic showing where it does..

Not possible... The width of the projector is wider than the low beam opening...
You have to open the HL to remove the projector..

You have to open the HL to remove the projector..

I installed the headlights last night otherwise I'd take more pics.

The low beam wiring from the factory is located in the low beam housing. Its routed into the housing through a hole on the side of the low beam housing. The hole is sealed with a rubber grommet. I removed the rubber grommet and disconnected the 9006 connector from the wiring. If you zoom in on the pic I took and trace the wiring back from the 9006 connector, you'll see a black wire connector (near the top of the pic) that can be used to remove the 9006 connector. I did this to get the wiring outside the housing.

After I removed the low beam wiring from the housing, I re-used the hole for my ballast wiring. In that pic, you can see the hole where I ran the ballast wiring through. I picked up some rubber grommets at the local auto parts store, trimmed to fit, and used these to seal the hole after routing my ballast wiring into the low beam housing.

Hope this helps!

Install was straight-forward.

Fitment seems very good.

All holes lined up on the drivers side. A couple holes were slightly off on the passenger side, but the bolted up just fine.

The plastic tabs on the headlight that bolt to the car seem a bit flexier than on the the OEM reflector headlight, but once all bolts were tightened, everything was solid.

I installed the Jrox DRL bypass and a new horn as well.

Overall, I'm happy with these, especially for the price.

Had a bit of free time so I just installed mine a little while ago.

Fitment is 9/10 for me. I have just a slight bigger gap on my driver side between the bottom of the headlight and bumper. You don't notice it until you're standing about 3 to 5 feet away looking directly down onto it. I think I can fix that by putting a washer or two behind the headlight mount screw.

Looks great! OEM results for a fraction of the cost. The only difference I can think of is the leveling feature.

They look great, but that cutoff is atrocious.

If they are a direct EvoX-R replacement (with good mounts or enough play to get a good rotational alignment), then these are an excellent find. Wish they were available 3 years ago!
