AMS Widemouth downpipe question

AMS Widemouth downpipe question

I was wondering if a ams widemouth downpipe would bolt rigjtupoutside to the stock exhaust or do i need to get the test pipe too.

It'll bolt up...just be a 3" flow into a 2.5".

let me be one of the many thatll tell you that it will be a pita to install.. gl tho plenty of diy's on here if you plan on doing it yourself.

install is actually pretty easy, its removing the stock one thats so damn hard.. luckily a buddy of mine had done it before, and even then the bolts still gave him a hard time, mind u my new x has less than 5k on it. be prepared for a lot of cursing and cuts

Install of the aftermarket DP is a breeze but taking off the stock DP is PITA like everyone else says. PB blaster the crap out of all the bolts (front and back of bolts) the night before and just take your time loosening them up.
