So this was completely random but enough to get me thinking, I was driving and then out of no where I got this weird noise from the front left tire area, it was almost like a rubber on rubber squeak or something but it was constant and only going in a straight line, if I turned the wheel just a little either way it went away till I went straight again. Soon as I hit a bump the noise went away and haven't heard it since, was just enough to alarm me.

It's an 08 GSR with eibach suspension.

Any ideas?

 

I had that same issue the wheel well was ribbing after one of my shocks went out of alignment. get it checked out if its the same issue, it rubbed my tire down in like a week.

 

pull the wheel, have a look...

 

I will when I get back in the country. Had to leave in a hurry, and was just trying to get ideas.
