warranty work went bad!!!

i dropped my car off to have warranty work done because the connector to my DRL was bad and the whole headlight needed to be replaced....long story short they put in another headlight that isnt the same nor is the part number...on the new headlight the DRL is puttin less output. on the new headlight the HID bulb is different color and to top it all off the tech that installed the new one cracked the plastic because he over tighten it. now they have to call the mitsu rep to see what they can do about the 2 headlights not being the same and having the same color and output. and the crack. it was 1300 headlight. i have the SS package.

ohhhh mitsu

I don't think it should be a big deal. They should order a new headlight since the tech broke it. Then they should just replace the HID bulbs at the same time and the DRLs at the same time to make sure they are the same watts and the HIDs are the same temp.

They're gonna have to fix it. Call corporate and they'll take care of you. Corporate calles ur dealership and does an investigation and then they get ish done! Trust me. Cheer up!

If the tech cares more about a smoke break than doing their job, this is reflected by the management. He should look to another dealer for work.

i will post picture asap....anyways talked to the service manager today and they said that mitsu made new headlight and now they are gonna see if they can replace the other side with the same headlight (waiting on mitsu rep) but this leads me to the crack that the tech did but saying he didnt remember cracking anything....they dont know how that gonna end up going...wish i didnt have to run into this problem lol mitsu seems to have to ask a bunch of people to warrant work
