why wingless?
LOL Not sure what the sex offender part refers to as she is of legal age. Maybe I missed the joke there? The update is she isn't talking to me anymore. My favorite on ramp wasn't as fun for her as it was for me. But she has a new understanding of what the Evo can do. As far as sex? I am not giving her a night to tell all her friends about if she is going to dis my baby! I expect a certain level of respect for my car if a girl wants sex with me.

Great Quagmire reference... as for me, I plan to remove my wing soon. Having no wing, in my opinion, is a bit classier. Car still rides raw without it, and I don't plan to track it. Plus, I always loved the no-wing look on the MR.

The "venom" is in the chassis, motor, and overall car. Not in the wing.
I have had the car with and without and the wing has made NO DIFFERENCE from my perspective.
That isnt to say that the wing is not functional, and wouldnt improve your track times by a few seconds etc.
If I was going to track the car, I would rock a removable wing, one that is much larger than the stock wing, and has more of an impact on performance.
I have not seen one stock M3 (a car that can crush a stock Evo at all levels) use a wing-
this statement is retarded.

I even enjoy when they are looking at me.
In fact, I found that more ricers would like to race my friend's wingless evo when I was sitting in his car.
Certainly. 280 or 240 with a LS1 swap would be significantly cheaper to make awesome than it would to do with the NSX, though.
That's some very conclusive research you did there.

M3 BMW.
Different car, I know....but a very capable car just the same, and no wing needed.
As far as liking the attention of people staring at your car with you in it, thats a ***** thing as far as Im concerned, or lack of *****.
I hated the attention, and children in Hondas sitting next to me at lights reving their engines.
How about having your car searched front to back, top to bottom, the day after the Ft Hood shooting? Because your wing attracted the attention of state troopers?
How many extremists drive Japanese cars with wings? Not sure of the answer to that, but Ive had two troopers on separate occasions in TX tell me they stopped me because of the wing. and one in GA. They all said something to the effect of "Our experience is people who drive cars with wings race, and people who race have warrants."
All of them were surprised when I explained the car was stock as well as the wing.
Having said all of that, I like the way an Evo looks with a wing, just as I like the way an STi looks with a wing, as I like the way a Daytona Charger looks with a wing.
The wing serves a purpose given certain situations ie track, or lack of ***** size and virility.
But for my daily carry I prefer something more subdued.

There's a guy at work with a MINT black 97 NSX and that car is straight up classy. May not be as fast as your alternative but 100% driver involvement.
I'd do that.
