Pre-mature detonation. It's critical for engine life to have cylinders fire in the right order and right time. Too much heat in the cylinder can cause it. It's important to have the right amount of fuel injected to ensure things are cooled down. Also oil does this as well as coolant.

Since we are in on this dumb questions topic, I feel this questions is ha. I just replaced my fuel relay, I purchased the ssp kit. I was wondering if I replace the bottom black fuses with the green ones, would it do any damage? Name: v0QlTxV.jpg

it's when the gas in the cylinder detonates before the plug sparks, due to heat or compression. It's how diesel motors work actually.

Why spray paint? Why don't you do plastic dip? Looks better and you can peel it away when you want the stock look agian.

Why not use sandpaper on the paint, like all over, and then get some kids to use crayons to color it?

Seriously, if you want to color the stock wheels.... get a professional to do it the right way so it wont look like dog crap after 100 miles of road debris.

I seen many people do it, and it looks good. Even if it lasts 2 or 3 years only, I can always cheaply repaint them again.

Can you switch maps on the AP while the car is running or will it burst into flames?

With the new software you can if you use the cruise control method. The maps have to be preset to the car to do this, then you just hold the button and go. If you are re-flashing a new map not set to the car then the engine does have to be turned off.
