I posted a thread awhile ago, but can't find it anymore.
The advice that was given was to change the Fuel Pump relay which I have done and I recently got the black relay the newer one from SSP performance.
and the engine still stalls whenever I turn the heater or A/C on. Can there be another reason why and how to fix it? I also checked the vacuum line and it didn't pop out.

There is also weird click when the heater or A/C engages. I'm thinking that the sound of the system turning on. But I could be wrong.

 

What kind of intake do you have? It's common for this to open with a cone filter and no heat shield.

 

+1 you needs a heat shield!

 

Get a voltmeter and measure system voltage when you turn the heater and/or AC on. If the fans cause a large drop, there's your problem.

 

I'm using the Filter from Cobb and running the old stage 2 for GSR and on 93 octane. I don't have a heat sheild on.
Should I just use the stock box but use half of it instead of the cover on top?

@Iowa999, how do I use the volt meter? I'm not good with electrical stuff. Can you help please?
