noob question on intake
I would maybe just take it easy on the boost until you get a solution to your tuning problem. Like others have said, its probably fine and the MAF should be able to adjust to the increased flow, but better safe than sorry with a car you recently purchased. If there were no tuners in my area, I would just get a Cobb AP then track down a reliable e-tuner.
One thing to add, why go with a DP next? From everything I've read here that isn't completely needed until you upgrade turbo or at least until you go further with bolt-ons. Not sure what your plans are for the future but TP or HFC might be a better starting point for the exhaust system.

thanks Nickolai... i will install the ETS and if anything i can always go back to stock, and not really sure for the DP, forsome reason thought that i will need for the tune in the future. noob...still learning but for now i want to get much as i can from the stock turbo....is Cobb tuner any good?
Don't waste your time with a Cobb AP. If you want to do more than their free maps support, mods wise, then you'll be spending 500 for some digital gauges, because you'll have to get a protune anyway.
Trust me, I just went through this.
Install all of your bolt ons then get a tune, otherwise you'll be paying for a new tune for every mod?? And why for like a 10 hp gain? Do it it all at once so you pay once.
