Year/Model: 2008 Evo X GSR
Miles: 108,000
Mods: All parts added after 75,000 miles....Works drop in filter, AMS Downpipe, milspec hi flow cat, Greddy Catback, AMS UICP, Ivey Tune, AMS Clutch Master Cylinder, Exedy Clutch
Any Issues: Timing Chain went 500 miles before warranty...replaced under warranty, ACD pump went at 106,000 miles, paid to replace. PAINT SUCKS. Painted my front bumper once, already looks like it was sand blasted with rocks.
So far holding up pretty good with an honest tune, daily driven, pushed hard in every east coast snow storm.

Issues:
1. timing chain stretched - Mitsubishi's Fault
2. timing chain jumped a cam gear tooth (low oil, tensioner inoperative) - My fault
3. CMC fail - Mitsubishi's Fault

When did you have to do the timing chain?
I'm surprised at all the close to stock evos coming out of the woodwork.
I hate to say it but in 15 years these things are going to be just like DSM's with the common problems I'm seeing in this thread.

Mods: Ams Dp, Cobb Tp, Cobb TB, Cobb EBCS (25psi), Ets Intake, Ams 4" IC, Cobb lower piping, TougeFactory Upper, ***u works radiator hoses, suspension mods.
No issues, sst holding strong, ready for a map ef3, tomie cams, and a fuel kit.
