wideband sensor location?

Pretty noob to the platform, i saw the How To write up, but the pic that would have answered my question is broken.

I picked up this test pipe, it has 2 bungs. Would i need another welded on for my wideband?
(found this photo on the forum , but its the same pipe )

You can put the wideband in the bung at the front of the test pipe. Ensure the down pipe you choose to go with that has at least one bung for the first stock O2. The OEM one does.

There are two o2 sensors. One is located on the downpipe (front) and the other on the cat (rear). The test pipe you have has two bungs, one for the rear o2 sensor and the other for your wideband.

Yes. Closer to the engine, the better the reading

I would recommend the stock o2 sensor be connected to the 1st o2 bung nearest to the engine and the wideband o2 sensor connected to the nearest bung after that. Like ravenjam said, the closer it is to the engine, the more accurate the reading will be. Although I prefer that the stock ecu o2 sensor be in the front for the most accurate reading!
