codes

So i plugged in my accessport today just to read some codes and i got the codes p0219(engine overspeed) c1219, and u0428. How do i clear the engine overspeed and why would i even get that code? Is it due to a misshift? I do not remember misshifting as i rarely even go full throttle. And what would the other codes be associated with? I have the 4wd service light on and the traction control service light on whatever that is abbreviated with i cannot remember at the moment. Also it does not let me switch between tarmac, gravel and snow which is most likely related to one of these problems. Thanks in advance!

Obviously..I know this. I said I don't recall but it is a possibility, as that is not the issue i am trying to figure out/resolve.

How do you not remember over reving the car? Its usually a pretty violent event like its not something you can do and not realize..

Well from the quick search i did it sounds like a steering angle sensor issue. Most people said you can kind of reset it by jiggling the sensor that is located behind the steering wheel. Or just take it to the dealer and have them replace that sensor under warranty.

not sure if warranty would cover it..as i am modded and also my 3 year warranty just ran out. so jiggling the sensor you mean take the steering wheel off?

Yea it does seem to be located behind the steering wheel but it looks like there is a way to get to it by just removing the plastic cover on the steering column.

Not the same problem as your but at least you can get an idea of where it is located.
