Back from the dead!

493/381 on an FP Red with full bolt ons. I daily drive the car with no issues switching between 93 and e85, car just hit 96k miles. 30k miles in on my newest "build" and my Comp twin disc just started slipping. About to rip her apart and shoot for more power with the exedy triple. I love daily driving my X

Got FBO + tune on my GSR from English Racing. I daily it everyday. No major problems. I take it in for maintenance service when I need to. I did have to replace the clutch recently. And that took my Evo out of commission for a little while. Basically like others have said, FBO and tune from a good tuner, keep torque at less than 390 wheel and you should be good to go.

I DD mine. IT is a lot of fun, but the suspension could be softer. It is on full coilovers. Other than that and the small trunk, it is great.

been DDing it since I bought it and it's been really reliable. If you do regular maintenance, you'll be good. I drive very spirited as well.

At 122k miles right now and went through one clutch change at 105k (replaced with OEM). Mods include: drop in air filter, high flow cat, catback

Posts like this make me happy. I have never owned a vehicle as reliable as the Evo. Knock on wood.

DD'd the X for 7+ years. IC piping, intake, exhaust, and OTS tune. Loved every minute of it. I never really had any mechanical issues with the car at all. A/C went out at one point, and the clutch started slipping around 74k miles. Other than that, the car was as reliable as any other I've owned.
