So this is what I'm looking at doing at the moment:

ETS Wideband Bung
ETS Air Intake
ETS Race Test Pipe OR Speedcircuit Test Pipe
ETS Recirculated Downpipe OR AMS Widemouth Downpipe
ETS Quiet V2 Cat-Back Exhaust
DW65c 265lph Fuel Pump / Install Kit
Injector Dynamics 1000cc Injectors / PnP Adapters
GM 3-port Boost Control Solenoid / PnP Harness
Whiteline Control Arm Bushings
Whiteline Roll Center Kit
Swift Sport Springs Spec-R

After that I will be adding:

Valentine V1 Radar Detector
DSG Performance A Pillar Dual Gauge Pod OR Ortiz Steering Column Dual Gauge Pod
AEM UEGO Controller Gauge
AEM Tru-Boost Controller Gauge
Possibly a third gauge - any recommendations?

Also should I replace the UICP? If so what brand?

I'm deciding on my gauges now too.

Yes get a new UICP. I went with a Nisei 1-piece but most brands seem to be just fine. I probably would have gone with a Depo if I didn't buy used.
