Car running slow?

I have an 08 evo x gsr with full bolt ons, I always run 93 pump gas. I bought the car with everything on it, and it has been running like it the whole time. I have a cobb ap v2, on a stage 2 tune because I want to run it "safe". I did the little rolling dyno and the car only made 260 wheel with the ac off? The car has horrible mpg and it is running rich. I think it only needs a dyno jet tune and ill be set, I'm taking it in for a tune in like 2 days. Would that be the problem for it running slow? It makes like 16 pounds of boost at peak. I'm pretty sure there isn't any boost leaks either.

Just make sure you are going to a GOOD EVO tuner. Horror stories abound with people getting tuned by people that shouldn't be tuning anything let alone an EVO.

Excellent to hear report back once you're sorted and post up your dyno

Some thing is wrong with your car. 16 psi boost is lower than stock. I had a cobb stage 2 ots map and I dynoed 300/300 on a mustang dyno.

I've noticed the past few days it hit about 18.34 pounds. In 2 weeks we will find out if something is wrong
