Would I need a retune if I change aftermarket downpipes?

I have on the ets open dump but it's way too loud for me. I like the open bellmouth design on the ams. So would I need a retune if I swap over to that?

Whats wrong you dont like that train sound?? Thats what my EVO sounded like with an open dump, a ****ing locomotive on steriods!!
I would retune for any mod that changes air flow

So, going from open exhaust to closed... not exactly a direct swap as far as tuning. You'll have a bit more back pressure... so I'd agree with previous post.
