Steering wheel noise

I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this issue. When my car is stationary, or when I’m parking or moving slowly like through a parking lot, there will be a creaking sound when I turn the steering wheel to the left. No sound when the wheel is turned to the right.
I stole this video from YouTube that show the type of sound I’m talking about.

Looking at the service manual, for "shrill" noise, they mention checking if power steering fluid is foamy, bleed it if so. Can also check if the oil pump is seized.

If you download the service manual, they have a few tests to do in file GR00004000-37.pdf

so it wasn’t the pump because of the fact that it only does it when going left, I still bleed the system and put new oil in it. The noice is coming from the right side control arm. I found the ball joint gasket ripped so I cleaned it and greased it but the noise still there.
