Lancer Evolution X News, Info, Pics, etc... | [ALL THREADS MERGED]
The front looks good, but amn that rear is hidious. It looks "too high" if that makes sense... The interior is horrible as well but the seats look sick.

I remember when I was overseas when the Evo VII came out. All the guys said negative things about the VII and how it wasn't as aggressive as the VI, and it was not a true Rally bred looking car, and as far as I know most the guys here either drive VII's or VIII's. SO I just think it is a case of new body style blues. A year from now we will all be screaming how cool it is and how much better it is!

GUYS!!! IT'S A CONCEPT!!!! of course it's going to have all the bells and whistles like the chrome parts, 20 inch rims and ridiculous hood interior.......but come on!! the evo was always made with practicality and simpleness and i tell you right now....mitsu will not deviate from that concept since thats how theyve been making the evo ever since in the beginning.....also when production comes...you know we will get maybe only as big as 18's on the rims......I LOVE IT!!!!! I give mitsu 2 thumbs up for finally uping the ante since HOnda, and everyone else like nissan is coming out with serious machines~
I think it'll look great when done, but I'm still concerned about the tranny. Both the DSG and SMG are after all is said and done, clutch based...but Mitsu. is advertising a cluthless system....
I'm not saying its impossible to have such a transmission to be as efficient as a manual, but I don't see Mitsu doing it with the EVO unless they are moving it towards the GT side of the spectrum and bumping the price significantly.
Both of those choices suck.

Perfect. I think its incredible. Don't change a thing. Except maybe have a manual clutch 6sp as an option. I'll be on my dealers list asap.
