Is there supposed to be a gasket where the o2 pipe meets the turbo?

Thanks for the quick answer. Just got my piece yesterday, and was going to install it tomorrow. Didn't want to wait any longer. Thanks.

The stock gasket is a nice heavy duty piece that can def be re-used. When I had it all disassembled I was surprised at the quality of the stock gasket, very impressive!

Also, some insight into removing the one stud left in the stock O2 housing cause that can be re-used as well. Go to any local autoparts store (Autozone, O'Reily, Napa etc.) And get thier loaner stud remover tool set. Make sure they have the metric kit (10mm as I remember) to use on the stud or else it will chew up the threads bad. You can actually bring in the stock O2 housing and the new AMS piece and just swap the stud in the store and that way you dont have to rent the set and then bring it back.

Tomorrow is the big day! I hope everything goes well. I bought some heavy duty penetrating oil for the job. I would start tonight, but my work lamp took a dump.

It seems to pull a little harder. Sounds great. I put on the test pipe, and the o2 eliminator.
