Evo X Jack Points......
I know this sounds like such a noob question but I know that someone has posted jack point locations:
http://www.evoxforums.com/forums/sho...highlight=jack
I have a lowered car, so its not possible for me to remove the undertray.
Normally I jack my car from the side. I have the my jack pushing against the area between the notches.
Normally I have my jack stands underneath my car and I realize those are bad spots, I am surprised I haven't deformed anything.
So my question is what procedures are people using to placing their car on jack stands? Should I start jacking the car from the rearmost notched area, place a jack stand on front notched area on the same side I am jacking, repeat on other side, then jack the car using rear differential as my point, then place jack stands on the rear notches? Thanks!

poondog,
get yourself two 2x6x12 boards, lay them on ground lengthwise in front of your
front tires, drive the car up on them, front and rear tires on the board. You can then
get a jack, most jacks anyway, under the car. As far as jack points go, center of the diff
for the rear and if you don't like using the sills on each side for the front, a small block of
wood under the front control arm rear mounting point works well.
