How do you install hid bulbs without moving the bumper

Your question is kind of vague. Are you just replacing the bulbs, and you already had HID's previously.. or are you converting to HID's?
If you are converting, I'd say 100% take off the bumper.
If you are just replacing bulbs, it might be possible to change without removing the bumper, but its def. tight.
Here is a link to a threat for replacing the FMIC but, the first few steps are how to remove the front bumper, its actually fairly simple.
