battery relocation/switches

So according to NHRA i have to put a disconnect switch on my bumper for my battery relocation kit to make it track legal so my question is what kind of switches have other people used i dont care if this goes off topic but i would like to keep it about battery relocation stuff thanks for your help in advance people!!! P.S. i have looked up alot of switches but no one has pictures of anything installed to show an actual size its easy to write sizes but totally different when its installed on your car!!

you shouldn't have to have a switch since the battery in the trunk is a factory job.I didn't need it here at my local 1/4 mile track, I've raced here at least 10 times.

.....i am pretty sure .....

you are not running in a class that requires out-side of car "kill button"

what NHRA sanctioned class do you THINK you are competing in ?

one like this?

mount it with a mounting bracket that you can remove when not on the track..and mount it under the rear bumper or front grill

I'm pretty sure your car isn't running 9's or faster I don't think you need the battery cut off switch.

hey guys thanks for all the help however accordign to NHRA regs it doesnt matter what class im running due to the fact that im relocating my battery from the stock location and placing it in the truck which requires an outside the car cut off switch either clearly marked which direction is off or if it is a push/pull switch the push position must be offand the switch must still be marked and it must be located on the rear bumper and it is not authorized for it to be a plastic or keyed switch....i appologize for the fact that i posted this in the evo x forums however i could not find a way to take it down it was meant to be posted in the older evo forums but i messed up anyways all the same maybe someone has done this or known someone who has

i think the tread start is driving a ralliart, not an EVO, thus it requires the switch
