Trunk officially debadged. Took about 15 minutes to get all of them off except the "Evolution" badge, still debating on this one. 10lb mono worked perfectly.

Thanks for the write up it all worked out, but I get a little impatient and just used the goo gone and dental floss, then spray wax of course.

Worked like a charm for most of it. The "MR" was a little tough to remove, it was like a puffy sticker.

Did you remove the "Evolution" and, "Diamond" badges first and paint while off the car? Or, did you paint those two while they were still on the car? Just wanted to be sure. Looks great anyway.

BTW, if you did paint them while they were off the car, was it necessary to apply any adhesive to the backs of the badges before remounting them onto the trunk?

i removed everything but the "evolution" and "MR" badges, looks more badass! +1 on using a hairdryer, makes it wayyyy easier.

I just used floss to debadge and rub off the rest with my finger, still nice to save couple of bucks lol especially when the weather is hot it will come out easily but I like this way better just to be clean and safe
