How does the satin do as far as keeping it clean/showing dirt, etc?

 

I love the black on black look, but not with a matte finish; clear coat only for me.

 

i dont see why people would go with matte when they can go with a really glossy shiney black...imo it just looks a million times better

wow, I am diggin the satin grey, how was that done and is it durable????

 

it started out Silverstone Metallic from the S2000.. but i wanted darker.. so my friend added more black to the paint. not sure what the exact color code is now. But you just prep and paint the car like usual. Then apply the clearcoat. The clearcoat is a special mix of clear + flattening agent. Basically.. it just dries to a dull but the paint is still protected.

Taking care of the car is now much easier. just wash, and dry. no waxing!! muahaha.
