So i purchased an SSS wing off someone in my neighborhood off his 2011 gsr..

Today i brought it over to a friend who has a local bodyshop to be installed on my 2010 gsr and he said it looks like its too wide... after being held up to the rear of the car the bolts coming out of the bottom of the SSS spoiler are on the quarter panel on both sides...

Im at a loss here.. did they make the 2011s with a wider trunk? because ive see this spoiler on the other gsr before..

2011's got a slightly revised wing. Trunk width is definately still the same.

i will post pictures when i get off work but it defiantly does not come close to fitting on my trunk and i cant figure out why

hey.. im starting to think either the guys over at the body shop are just wrong or maby its not an authentic wing... if you want something done right do it yourself.. that said im going to rip my wing off now, wish me luck

IIRC the only wing "change" for 2011 is that all the GSR's get the wing standard.
