If you're running a 14.1 and think the engine is at its max then you're driving an l3 metro, not a Lancer.

You may not like me, but do yourself the favor and listen. Stop posting about this for 5 minutes and run a search for 4g63, lancer, swap...whatever. READ the results. I mean really read them. Your threads are not special. People have asked the questions before. They've been answered. Notice how the older ones aren't nearly as coldly greeted as the newer ones. If you take the time to look before you post additional threads, and thereby further cluttering search results, you will most often find the answer to the exact question you're asking.

dude seriously...there's about 4 billion threads on this. stop being so lazy and go read up on it. do some research! this is not a new topic.

FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC:

putting new bulbs in your turn signals is not a new topic. getting rims for you car is nothing spectacular. i don't care how your car looks, (it looks like **** if you ask me), i don't care about your way too expensive PIAA foglights, and i certainly don't care if you took the badges off your car and put vinyl graphics instead.

if you want people to rate your car, post a link to your registry. if you wanna know if something fits, run a search. this forum is getting clogged with snappy answers to stupid questions. if you got something new and want to tell people how awesome it is, great, go ahead. if you want people to tell you that the rims you are thinking of buying are ugly....stop wasting my time. personally i have become much more interested in off-topic threads recently because there are just too many DIFFERENT (key word) threads on the same stupid topics.

ok i'm done now.

You're wasting more of your own time than anything. That's why it's so frustrating. If you'd take the time to read you could have thought up another game plan by now. Try finding a 4g93t with cams on the western side and THERE is a swap you can do. Apparently these are fairly impossible to find engines however.

14.1 all motor I do have nitrous but I couldn't spray down the track without nitrous dump tube. And for CUP yes i've read up on it thats why I got this far. my 94 mirage has an Eclipse motor in it and ran a 12.13 in the 1320. now you guys just going by he say she say. if you read the earlier post you will see that the GS or RS eclipse motor will fit. so for the record instead of being dix i'm just sharing and tryin to recieve info. relax

That would be a very nice swap indeed.

you're not proving anyone wrong. we all know that ANYTHING can be done, given enough time and money. what we ARE saying is there seems to be much more worthwhile projects than this one. the lancer is very far from acheiving it's true potential, and i think everyone gives more respect to someone who can take what they have and turn it fast, than to just use the body and swap out all the parts. why not just buy that original car if you want that engine?

Like I said...it will require a lot of money and custom fabrication. Go for it, but heed my warning and have more money saved than you intend to use. It would really suck to get stuck.

I actually put my down payment on my Evo 7 a month ago at Malloy Mitsubishi here in Va. The motor that is in the car right now is getting the blocked worked on in MID jan. but like I said I did my research I took my motor out drop GS Eclipse motor in it fits but there were plenty of difficulties that came about. so I put my OZ motor back in. I was mostly curious about the GS-T motor because its already turbo. thats all. DAMN SORRY I offended anyone MY BAD
