The EVO will run circles around the Z. The EVO handles like a Go Kart compared to the Z. The Z is a good handling vehicle, but the All Wheel Drive system on the EVO is superior to the Z's rear wheel drive.

 

The previous post was a joke, if the clipse was stock.

 

I have owned a 12.4 at 115mph 2002 Camaro SS, a 12.7 at 106mph 2002 WRX Wagon. My Evo is the slowest.

have you ever driven a Z? My buddy has the track model and it is not far off from the EVO stock for stock. That car is VERY nice. I would love to have one along with my EVO. And yes, the EVO is the fastest car I've ever owned.

 

A couple of mods and it'll be your fastest

 

The evo is the fastest car I have now. I'm thinking, well dreaming about getting one of those new mustangs. I think they have about 300 hp hehe. The 2005 mustangs are hot.

 

- 1968 Mustang Hardtop (289 V8)
- 1999 1/2 Jetta GLS (2.0)
- 1993 Camaro Z-28 (LT-1)
- 1995 Mazda MX-6 LS (J-Spec KLZE 2.5L V6 Swap)

the evo is hands down the quickest and fastest of any car i've ever owned; hopefully i'll have a 911 TT by the time i'm 30 and all that will change though :P

 

THe evo is way faster from a dig then anything ive had before.. But it swear when i dropped my 99 mustang gt down to 1st at 25mph it would destroy the evo from a 25mph roll. But it wasnt stock and soon enough the evo will walk on that 2 haha

I had my Daytona Blue Track for a year, and i drove it to the max. Yes it is fast, but the EVO will accelerate a lot harder, and out handle the Z. Trust me, i actually work for Nissan North America, so i'm committing a carnal sin for purchasing a Mitsu. I just had to follow my heart, plus i can get a Z for the weekend anytime i want. I appologize if i offended you.

92 AWD Talon, stock, about to be sold, this is slower than the Evo.

I love the Evo, but it's more about the braking and turning. I already have drag cars, and don't need another one. :-)

 

I had a Jeep GC 5.2L V8 which was quick for a Jeep and I've had an Integra GS-R which was also fun. But yes, the EVO has definitely been the fastest to date

 

Nope my N/A Integra Type R is faster for now.

 

Is Typhoon stock? Nope

 

I've owned a couple modded 1G dsm's and also had a fantastic 93' BPU+ 3000GT VR4 until some hooker in a Focus decided to destroy it, so I bought an 03 Evo and its still stock, so its not the fastest but certainly the most fun to drive fast.
