lancer es vs oz rally
so i want to trade my lancer es for something else and since i cant afford an evo i was thinking about an oz rally. there doesent seem to be that much of a diff between the two and was wondering if it was worth it or if i should just do some modes to the es
There arent really any differences between the es ls and oz. The rims are different I think the interior has a slight difference and I believe theres a suspension difference but thats it. When it comes to performance they are all the same might as well just keep what you have and build it up like you would an OZ or look into gettin a ralliart.

well, the oz has the ground effects kit with different front lip and it has side skirts, different seats, and it seems that you get more options when modding an oz than the es (ie springs), but that might just be me

Don't trade it in for an OZ... that's a complete waste of money. The OZ has different struts, rims, it has the black interior, cruise control, optional sunroof, rear anti-sway bar ground effects, wing, and a different gauge cluster. You can buy springs, rear anti-sway bar, et cetera. It's not worth it. If you can't get the evo but want to stick with a lancer, get the Ralliart.

If i had known what I know now, I would have bought the OZ over the ES. The Ralliart wasn't an option at the time which would have been the obvious answer. The OZ holds solid advantages over ES in interior and exterior asthetics, "ICE". Also various suspension bits that have model exclusive upgrades. Yes the ES can be modded to equivelent or better but its an undeniable pain in the *** trying to gather parts on a recent make vehicle. Point being if I were to do it again, I would have bought the OZ. If I were to do it today I'd buy the Ralliart.
I just purchased my first car which is n 2004 oz rally I wanna know what I can do to get the absolute most out of the car or if its a waste of time (PLEASE ANSWER NEED HELP)
