19 year old boy trying to get a new car
Are some of you guys blind by default or didn't have a natch for reading in elementry school? This guy main concern is insurance and I keep reading repeated "tC, rsx-s, civic si", last time I check those cars are coupes, which = higher insurance, did yall not read what I explain earlier? Did yall not read what he type in the first post? Why even mention SRT4? That would be one of highest when it comes to insurance out of the bunch.

scion tc is a great car for the money. my gf has one, its nice inside and out and its pretty quick for a non-evo
if i had to rock a car below 30 grand (invoice price), i'd get a tc or new civic si

Huh, go figure...
Im not telling him to get a ralliart, but im telling you guys to stop offering him coupes. If a guy is allergic to beef, do you offer him a hamburger?

and it's not like he said he wanted the cheapest car to insure, just something cheaper than the evo, which any car costing $16k will be

just curious from your quotes you got, what is the price difference between all of those cars?
get a used low mileage v6 tib....stock putting down about 150whp....but it responds VERY well to minor n/a mods such as CAI, exhaust, and headers...get it for a couple years til you get a job where u can afford the evo...besides the tib gets good gas mileage, looks great for the price, esp if you ad a nice lip kit and wheels....
check out www.newtiburon.com/forums , they will have ALL the info you could possibly need on the car...of if you have any questions, feel free to pm me...i used to own one and know quite a bit about it (bought it when i was 17, and had it for 3 yrs)...goodluck

EVO's insurance is cheap~~ it's court as a 4 doors sedean not a 2 doors sport car.
How i know??
I use to have a 97 integra (2drs), 2000 Impreza (2drs), they are 200 a month.
now i have a EVO it's 175 a months. AGE really not a fact here....it's only 16 months different. TO make sure, just call insurance company for a quote.
good luck

cool, but i see old mitubishis around my town.. and they look "raggedy".
or there engine didnt last too long (maybe 11 years) okay so maybe thats a lil long. but~
Im still looking at :
Mazda 3 still since it got a 10/10 on consumer reviews, but
some of you guys are right, i should get something i will be happy with
and a Hyundai Tiburon got a 5/10 but i think it would still be cool to have one.
A ralliart lancer.. ehh, on the compy kinda looks funny but in person they are not too bad but dont come with sport tronic automatic transmission which is a BIG +1 for me since im not going to get a manual.
But some of you guys pay loooow insurance rates, when i called for a RSX base model it was 331 a month they said! WOW i dont know if thats even right... Full coverage, (btw im still 18 until 4 days), but still base model~..
So at http://www.body-kit.com/maz0403gtvr.html
has cool mazda3 body kit that i like, "only front bumper"
but still, i might try to stick with Tiburon since that is what ill be happy with.
and look on the site for that lancer body kit that turns the regular lancer into an evo, how close does that look to a real evo? with eyelids.
Plus: by the way, what insurance companies are you guys using?
and oh yea i didnt reply for a while cause i just got back from the field today~..
--tired-- i got field boogers, like those boogers are in your nose but all dirty and dryed up together. eck.
- you guys made good choices by the way with EVO, i prefer it over the STI, especially the 06's. 05's were not bad.
and the guy saying 240sx. No thx. New cars only. plus if i get used, i would get a **dont hit me** a 2000 Honda civic Si or a skyline~ heh.
