I saw that white plug before and I was wondering if I do disconnect it would I still have my launch-control intact? I never launch my car, i just want to know what exactly that switch controls.

i think there is only one switch for the clutch pedal. if that's so then yes you would lose the launch control because the ECM wouldn't know the clutch is depressed so it will just keep revving to redline.

I don't know about the stock ecu, but I know that on EMS the launch control is based on vehicle speed, not clutch pedal depression, so disconnecting the clutch switch shouldn't matter.
