Beginners Read Me: New To Your Evo Or Looking For An Evo?
We picked our MR up last Friday. Thanks for puttting up this thread. This is great information for people like me who want to know the history of the car as well as its potential. Before I mod I want to educate myself as much as possible and also get a real feel for what can safely be done for the MR, performance wise.

Speaking from experience, if you're tuning your car, a wideband is 100% neccessary. It'd be like trying to thread a needle in the dark without one.
No; the IC sprayer feature was deleted in the 2005 VIII and 2006 IX.

Ok, I am going to purchase an evo 9 stock next year. I will drive it for a month or so until I get use to the car and then start with the modding. I want a dailey driver that runs low 12's to high 11's. If I got $10,000 to put into the car, should I just purchase everything and put it on the car or should I purchased a few parts at a time and get use those mods and then add more as I get use to the drivability?
