Evo IX Mods in sig... Im boosting 25-26 psi @ peak w/ 11.7- 11.8 AFR. Car seems pretty happy to me! Minus a count or 2 here and there...

With a upgraded intercooler 26 psi is fine,with the stocker it's pusing it the best thing to do is log the car for knock count's to be on the safe side or just ask ivey if it okay to run the boost level.

When did you get tuned? I don't recommend anything more than about 24.5 psi on pump. It will not damage the engine but I do not recommend it.
23-24.5 psi is good for 93 pump fuel.

CBRD Tuned here on 93 oct 26.5psi. Stock motor other than ARP Headstuds. Zero Knock!

yes as long as there is no knock, in the NW that is normal boost for stock turbo cars

28.x lbs on pump... tapering to 24.5.. no knock.

ARP headstuds FTW.. LOL That and Chad's a damn good tuner!

we run 29-30 on pump on some cars, depends on mods..

built heads (like the buschur race) and such.. allow for better flow and less knock through combustion chamber work.

its also greatly affected by intercooler, turbo, etc...

most stock turbo cars, stock fmic, i end up around 23psi....

Head studs are really not nessicaraly needed for that boost level at all.

I'm running 28 pounds of boost with a very safe tune --- of course, I do use a Green, though.
