Remove letter's from the trunk

I would like to remove the plastic letters, which spell Mitsubishi, from the trunk of my car. However, I am not sure what would be the best method in order to do this. So if anyone out there has done this and would be willing to share that information with me I would be grateful.

I did it the other day to my oz sticker. used a hair dryer to loosen up the glue and then dental floss. i found that using the dental floss left more glue on the car then just peeling it off, obviously, the letters for mitsubishi are smaller, so adjust accordingly. Then I sprayed aome goo gone on it and let it sink in, wiped it off, reheated the glue, goo gone, wipe, goo gone, wipe..... It looks great now.

and that person is me! dude, this topic will probably will give you like a million answers if you searched. but just like imapunkclaimer said, get a blow dryer and heat the letters till they're hot to the touch. then get the dental floss and run it through the sticky stuff. after that, get goo gone and rub the sticky stuff off. if the sticky stuff still wont come off, heat it again and rub as much as you can off with your fingers. and MAKE SURE you wax after doing this.

ok I was planning on doing this mod soon.....
so if you don't wax it after you'll have a lancer outline on the trunk?? We have a buffer at my house but Ive never used it.... should I buff the outlines with wax after I remove them? would that be the best?

same here, but after the glue was gone, i rinsed the trunk, dried, and waxed. smooth like a freshly shaved pooseh
