yo yo yo ******* "mtsevovii" chill. nobody asked you to pull a dick move like that! if you need to resort to disrespecting people on the internet for entertainment and spend over 5 years on a forum, you definitely shouldn't be the evo posterboy either. sorry to say it but you're just an ***! and yeah haha just saying that im not looking for a car to get girls to date me but im not worried about them getting pushed away because of it either. Just wondering how a girl generally perceives an evo, i mean i dont want a ricer lol. finally, whats the whole "flame on" thing about? haha...

How old are you?

i get comments from girls, but mostly along the lines of awww thats a cute car. Actually one chick knew what is was and appreciated it. She was in a silver evo herself.
Dont waste ur time with the girls

But anyway, yes ur insurance will be high. Especially since your in high school and probably just got your license.

maybe look at something a little more tame. Like a wrx or ralliart

Step 1: Get Evo
Step 2: Take hot girl for a ride in it
Step 3: Take hot girl for a ride in backseat of it
Step 4: Dump superficial hot girl
Step 5: Move on and repeat

Why Evo vs Accord? Those 2 are nowhere near similar.

Evo's are not a cheap car to have! If you struggle at all paying monthly bills, look for something else man. Worry more about the nicer cars after school.

+1 to everybody that said you dont want a girl thats worried more about the type of car than you. But if you are into those type girls, make friends with one of those BMW guys that has a 4 door and just have more game than him. lol

How do you possibly plan on affording the cost of an Evo, maintenance, and the insurance when you are in high school?

Well I say if you can afford it and aren't worried about how your gonna pay your next month payment and it is really what you want then go for it!!! I purchased my first Evo when I was 20 so I was younger but also outta highschool and had a decent job at that time.

As for the girls... as the above posts say you will get looks and comments from more dudes than women...

Then again you could of had a girlfriend like mine that gives you crap everytime you buy something new for your car.... Saying why did you get that? Did you really need that? or call it stupid.... But if she was to come across a diamond ring or something she liked that was a few grand she had no problem wanting me to get it for her.... Lmao So go Figure dude

Again, How old are you?

Since money is not an issue. get what you want. Just respect what you drive and dont pay attention to what others think. The evo is a great car and you wont be disappointed. Just dont be stupid when driving it.

Evos are a lifestyle, everyone that doesn't know will think it's a Lancer. If your parents can afford it, get a used ZO6. Vettes are cheaper to insure (for some reason) and I'm told the chicks dig em.

Seriously though, evaluate your priorities because as others have stated, the choice between an Accord and an Evo is a big one. If you want "sporty" and relatively inexpensive, try to find a used S2000 or something like that.

hahahahah alright. well i think that one of the few people on here that's not acting like an *** is EvilEvo9MR... and while you guys have really made me think twice about this (i mean i dont want people to assume im an ******* just like you guys are since i drive an evo), this guy really set it straight. he told it like it is without being a jerk and gave me good advice. all i wanted to know was your opinion of the car, and whether you'd buy it again if you had the chance - be it for insurance, cost, looks (which i do know can be fixed up by a nice body kit), performance or any other reason (reliability?). So thank you EvilEvo9MR for being nice about it and not acting like a dick. +∞ to you. and to everyone else on here who didn't. wilbdog, mitsuevo05, dannygsx and a few others acted like rational people too, so +1 to them. good job, and thanks.
Jack
