First car: Military or College?

He is right, but i havnt read to much into the thread, just the evo shouldnt be your first car... just not recommended (insurance/carpayment) will b much.. Used evos are very iffy... tend to have alot of problems even if your buying from a dealerships, ppl test drive the sh** out of em, last input.. wish you all the luck man, no one can tell you what you can or cant do
i should have made one big post.. but that statement is correct. i had mine shipped to me from chicago to little rock, arkansas and it had a bad battery, the brakes were bad, the stock boost control solenoid was shot, the brake lights were done, the cd player wouldnt take a cd. and a few other little problems. the dealership said they were gonna reimburse me 200 for the battery but that never happend. be careful on what you get and see if you have anybody on this site local to you before you pick it up. they could help you look at it.
Wait, so your saying being in the military is not a smart idea to do? and i should just do community college and figure out a job elsewhere???

he's 16...cut the kid a break, who here can honestly say that they had everything figured out at 16?
you only get wise from making mistakes...I've met people who joined up, served their tour and got out with no issues, qualms, gripes or complaints. It just wasn't for them.

My mom is a manager at southwest airlines; i fly for free so going out on a little trip would actually be a fun thing
