NOt sure if this is your problem or not. Mine rear windsheild had to be reset. It wasnt properly sealed and was rattling like fACKING crazy. Had to drop the car off at the dealer for a day to get it fixed. Oh it got worse in when it got colder out.

I wonder if the Aluminum roof has anything to do with it.

I posted this in another thread but I'll do it here as well. My 04 GSR was making the same noise @ 2 weeks ago when it had <50 miles. I first noticed it when I left for work in the morning and I didn't have the radio on. Now some 1200 miles later the noise is gone, if I were you I wouldn't worry to much about it.

My front windshield seems fine, but my brakes are squealing a bit in stop and go traffic when I apply light pressure at under 5 mph. Anyone had that problem or is it just new brakes that need to be broken in?

no the squeal won't go away permanantly. the pads give off a lot of dust. cleaning regularly helps.

My MR has a rattling noise that sounds like it is coming from the windshield. My wife can hear it better than I can. (Too much load music). I also have an oil leak. I just took the car back to the dealer to fix both issues.

this might be a shot in the dark, but try looking to see if the accessory pedal covers are loose. my clutch pedal had a nut that backed off causing the screw to rattle. when i found out where it was coming from i pulled out the screw and now there's no more sound.
