I got a copy of the TSB and was going to put the weatherstripping/felt pieces around the clips then the noise went away on its own at 10k miles. Im at 26k now and it hasnt come back ever, winter summer spring or fall.

Checking back in at 32k miles and its never come back. It fixed itself and or settled I guess.
I had this noise show up about ~1200 miles. Noises do not tend to bother me, however this noise being right by my head was out of control. I was very happy to read about the TSB. I was in the middle on applying the felt tape and got called away. However just from screwing around with it stopped it for now. I feel so much better now!
I don't get any rattles from the windshield unless the temperature is really low. When it's cold it squeaks but a few minutes of the defroster on 4 and temp all the way up fixes it up. I already have a rock chip so I'll be replacing my windshield once the winter's over.
The AllData program at my school shows a Tech Service Bulletin on this issue. It's the APillar cover vibrating on something. The fix is to take the APillar plastic cover off and tape felt on the contact point of the vibration. There are many cars with this problem that are of all different brand names. I could post teh tsb sheet here maybe tomorrow if I remember. It is pretty easy to just take out that APillar plastic to find the noise and tape contact points. Dealers hate to find noises but there is a TSB on this issue so they should have no problem fixing it under warranty. The pictures are right there and they show you exactly how to fix it.
My Evo was built in June/July 2006 and I bought it in October this year and so far never experienced this turbulances and windshield noises. Have about 2400 miles so far and I thought maybe it was because I play my music too loud whenever im driving so last night when i read this thread i started driving my car today w/o music and didn't hear anything.
