dynoing '05 with ACD

guys.. can you dyno a '05 EVO with ACD on snow mode? im under the impression in "snow" mode bias is 100/00 front to rear... so basically you could go on a 2 wheel dyno then, correct? instead of mechanically converting it?

thanks!

it would make sense to dyno in the mode you use most so the #'s are not skewed. also the dyno plays a big difference. the most accurate dyno out there is made by Dyno Dynamics. if i could, i would put 1 in my garage.

You can take a risk with snow mode, or you can just pull the e-brake.

Dude, in "snow" mode bias is 70/30 front to rear... so basically it still a 4 wheel car....

Yes, but Car and Driver is wrong about the ACD torque split.

ACD doesn't work like DCCD.

IIRC, ACD remains at a constant 50:50. It just changes the speed at which the center diff locks.

yes, it only locks and unlocks. kinda like having a locked center diff or an open center diff.
