mine spikes at ~20.5 then tapers to 18....but daMn, 25? yeah, i think that you should've turned down the boost before actually driving it after the install. nEway, just do what AzBlackEvo8 said and disconnect the battery and reconnect it AFTER you turn down some boost...
yea i work at honda so they hooked it up to this machine and the code was P0234 which is what yall were talking about(overboost).
but man im pretty damn sure i got it all the way counter-clockwise as i can get it !
there is no way it should be boosting that much !

It all depend what octane you're running, on a 91 octane, I wouldn't do it more than 21psi. Even if you do turn it up more than that, without a flash or tune, you'll more likely to hit boost cut.
Just disconnect the battery and hook it back up again, it'll go away. No need to take it to anywhere.

If you turn down your boost and that doesn't work it might be a problem with the MBC. My forge surged to 25+ once. The ball got stuck. Hallman might be the same way. Open up your mbc and make sure the spring is seated correctly and that the ball is not stuck at the top.
