mine spikes at ~20.5 then tapers to 18....but daMn, 25? yeah, i think that you should've turned down the boost before actually driving it after the install. nEway, just do what AzBlackEvo8 said and disconnect the battery and reconnect it AFTER you turn down some boost...

Car is stock except for 3" TBE.

Any info will be helpful. Thx

Just disconnect the battery and hook it back up again, it'll go away. No need to take it to anywhere.
Im running 93 octane

Do you have a tune of any kind? with 93 octane you should be able to run just a bit higher boost than us 91 octane users, but like I said, if no tune, cold weather, open intake instead of stock air box, you'll have a higher chance of hitting boost cut at high boost. In other words run about 22-23 psi and get a flash.

If you turn down your boost and that doesn't work it might be a problem with the MBC. My forge surged to 25+ once. The ball got stuck. Hallman might be the same way. Open up your mbc and make sure the spring is seated correctly and that the ball is not stuck at the top.
