wtf happened to the image of "rally car" and the raw excitement of driving an evo.
Also if they tested a japanese model evo, imagine how the US evo will be.

Whatever it is, I hope Mitsu is able to sell a $hitload of these, and uses the profits to develops the car further and further. If they don't, then this might be last iteration of the Evo, given Mitsu's financial state and withdrawal from WRC.
Good point Airx. Let's hope the Evo X is a hit, but it looks like it's got some tough competition since going upscale, considering the G37 and the 135i. I like luxury and speed, but I bought the evo for extreme speed, and based off what I'm seeing I'm glad I went with the IX. The X will be nice, but not great.
As more objective information starts coming out about the evo X I wonder if we will see depreciation rates on the evo VIII and IX start to slow down? I guess it all depends on if the majority of evo buyers are more interested in performance compared to whatever other criteria someone might use to decide on a car purchase.
you cant beleieve all the numbers...however i think i am going to buy this car instead of the new M3 for a daily driver..
also note the car theyve tested was a 5 speed manual...the driver must have sucked..lol
