wtf happened to the image of "rally car" and the raw excitement of driving an evo.
Also if they tested a japanese model evo, imagine how the US evo will be.

Whatever it is, I hope Mitsu is able to sell a $hitload of these, and uses the profits to develops the car further and further. If they don't, then this might be last iteration of the Evo, given Mitsu's financial state and withdrawal from WRC.

yeah but you have $15,000 skyline r32 gtr and any other pre-1993 JDM sports car that people in this country can only dream about
in a year or two, you'll star getting evo I and II

Good point Airx. Let's hope the Evo X is a hit, but it looks like it's got some tough competition since going upscale, considering the G37 and the 135i. I like luxury and speed, but I bought the evo for extreme speed, and based off what I'm seeing I'm glad I went with the IX. The X will be nice, but not great.

so the guy being crapped on in one of the posts here, who claims that the X engine was partially developed by Hundai, might just know something

As more objective information starts coming out about the evo X I wonder if we will see depreciation rates on the evo VIII and IX start to slow down? I guess it all depends on if the majority of evo buyers are more interested in performance compared to whatever other criteria someone might use to decide on a car purchase.

Pro, these hotlinks from photobucket don't work for me, either. I'll find another way. Thanks for trying.

Anyone have any idea why you would need to cool the turbo? I know the cyber evo has turbo cooling as well, but it seems like it would reduce the amount of energy in the exhaust.
