Nav System??!!

Ok, but what about AYC..
or Heated Seats
Or Auto Climate Control
Or Blacked out lights
or how about some black Recaros!!!

Hell, with the Nav you would be talking about a $37-38K Evo and THAT my friend would defeat the purpose of 's 'bang for your buck" price point.

But for me, I would LOVE to see a hard loaded EVO with ALL that stuff for $40,000.

It would be easier to justify spending more for a car with all those features..

Bring on the NAV and more!!

I just picked up my Graphite MR last weekend. I live in the Chicago Area and actually flew down to a dealer outside Orlando, FL to get one at sticker. When I first pulled into the lot and saw the color in the sunlight I was floored. The pictures online, and on the Mitsu website, really do not do the color justice. Compared with the standard Evos I test drove, I will tell you that the six speed was a significant improvement. It shift much smoother and the gearing is a bit more stop light friendly. The ride also felt a bit more comfortable with the new shocks and the lighter weight wheels. I went with the MR because this car needs to be my daily driver in addition to my toy. The car is gorgeous without modification and is already faster than any of the roads I've had a chance to drive it on. I also figure going for the MR over stock essentially gave me a tuned version of the car without screwing up a warranty. (Even with the abysmal view of the warranty expressed on this board.)

How much did you put down and what is your monthly payment if you don't mind me asking. Oh and by the way congrats.

Proof positive that the only EVO you should buy is the RS. I picked up my '04 RS on 10/5/04 for 28,501 OTD (26,100 plus Calif. tax and license). I spent about 10,000 modding it, so now I got 38,500 in it. I GUARANTEE you I can run circles around your stock MR, for less money.

richard-

i have a 2005 silver MR and i'm sure your RS is much faster than a stock MR with $10,000 worth of mods, but one of the reasons i chose to get the MR was because i don't plan on doing extensive mods on the car. a lot of you are going to disagree, but i think that the warranty is valuable, and i was able to get the clutch and synchros warrantied on my 2003 evo before i traded it in.

I purchased my Grey MR Dec 17th...This is the first really nice car I have ever owned...I cant get myself to mod it. I paid 33k for mine w/options...(small town mil discount) no down paying $511 a month. Mine is my daily driver. So different trims for different needs....Too bad the police in my town bought an 05 Mustang GT for an interceptor, might make getting away a little tough >
