My dealer has not told me anything yet about the date that I will be able to pick up the car....He said hopefully by the end of September. I am awaiting a grey MR.

Did you give a deposit? They should have an order # or manufactured date by now.

Angry What happened ?

Has Anyone Seen The Mr On Mitsubishis Web Site ?

What Happened ? No Blacked Out Headlights_ No White Face Gauge Cluster No Red Mr Tail Lights Front Does Not Have Mr Chin Spoiler No All Black Recaro Seats Ac Temperature Control Is Standard Like Our Reg Evos Not Auto Like Euro Mr What Has Mitsubishi Done With All Of Their Time And All Of Our Requests ?

Ps I Am Disapointed If It Comes Here That Way I Know There Little Things But I Wanted The Car To Be More Distinguished From The Regular Evos And Just Think I Have A Wicked White One Comming Sometime This Month Or Next

Questions have been answered

Thanks all for the postings on the Thread MY CONVERSATION WITH MITSUBISHI

Have had no time to read new threads but was enlightned by MISTER SPOOT.

I have read all of the posts and i am thankful that the Mr is comming with all of the mechanical stuff ..... but just wanted it to be a little more like the JDM market MR.

This finding just makes it a little harder to give up my Weightless Weight Evolution for the MR.
Still gonna Trade but not quite as excited as I could have been. please don't take this as b!tching, because I'm just glad its here.

Thankyou for the INFO but also

Derek

We have taken 7 deposits for Evo MR's yet I still don't know the MSRP and I'm a manager?!!!
We have a total of 16 coming with in a months time frame. But we have about 40 people who really want one

Hey I'm being strait up with you guys, If you think these cars are going without a mark up your sadly mistaken. We are taking Deposits for MSRP but don't think that the deposit is going to be applied to the overall price. But I can tell you this if you do buy an MR, buy it from a dealer who understands the market and they buyer. One reason we ask for a slight markup, because we take exceptional care of our cars. We have only one Evo set aside for demoing purposes, all the other are stored in a secure underground storage facility. Owners even have the option of having the car directly flatbeded to there house or dyno facility as soon as the shipment truck arrives at the dealership. None of our evo have been abused by sales personel or JACK customers (except for the demo). How many of you Bought your evo with less than 5 miles on it, I DID.

My point is if you want the best selection and a good price give us a call

Ask for the two managers that own Evos themselves

True, Mistsubishi is not doing well in US. I have a Motor Trend magazine with me. These people are buying monster trucks and SUVs. So right now, these monster vehicles are delincing. Cars are soaring right now. Good news... I dont own any Mitsubishi before. I want to buy a Evolution. Because I like AWD, AGGRESSIVE, and "EVOLUTION" word.
Im considering to buy a MR or Sti. I want to know your opinion about Sti and Evo. Im leaning to EVO MR. EVO looks better. EVOLUTION is my favorite word. I believe in EVOLUTION, that's why. And also I want get rid of Subaru Baja, nonturbo.

Mark-ups.. haha 1000 MRs for the rest fo the year? 350+ MRs to sell each month before December? and with cold weather comes the inability to drive them on the street with stock tires until about March or April.. I bet by Christmas dealers are going to be begging to take MRs off the lots so they can buy their wives and children *something* for Christmas..

No mark-ups will be there with SOME dealerships...we don't sell ours with mark-ups and yes we take care of our customers. As long as someone is willing to do a little research and ask around they will be able to find a MR at MSRP. As for the comments earlier in the thread about dealers giving them away that is NOT going to be the case either, while some areas may have issues with winter weather, etc, that is not a large part of the country. CA, AZ, TX, for example are not going to have any concerns with "winter" weather, and the largest dealers are in these states.

As did I. I commend you. Treat customers like that and that'll keep coming back. I'm amazed at the number of dealers who treat there cars like anything less than their personal vechicles.
